Project Description :

Situated in the heart of North Lebanon on a 150,000m2 land, the project has a total built area of 300,000m2 and is comprised of a regional shopping center and a hotel. Cascada Mall is a 2-floor shopping center with 145,000m2 of commercial space and 102,000m2of gross leasable area. The hospitality component comprises a 40,000m2 hotel and its accompanying facilities. Indoor parking covers an area of 115,000m2 and can accommodate up to 4,025 cars.

Retail Component: Covers an area of 70,000mencompassing 6 retail anchors, 294 retail shops, 56 jewelry shops, and 2 exhibition areas.
Supermarket Component: The supermarket covers an area of 9,400m2.
Open-Air Souks Component: An open-air market covering an area of 2,300m2.
Restaurants Component: Spread over 4,900m2 and consisting of 70 restaurants and 2 dining halls.
Entertainment Component: Covering 15,400m2 and consisting of an 8 theater Cineplex, a bowling center, and a children recreational and edutainment facility.
Hospitality Component: This 40,000m2 component encompasses a hotel and its accompanying facilities.
